Shipping & Returns
Domestic—Within the United States
All shipping will be by United Parcel Service (UPS) or other USA flagged common carrier. If you have any questions regarding shipping please call us at 978-318-7033 or email info@ecovita.net. Freight will be prepaid with the placement and acceptance of the purchase order.
International
We do not accept credit cards for international shipments. All orders must be prepaid and funds must be collected by the bank and in our account before we can process the order. To place an international order, please call us at 978-318-7033 or email info@ecovita.net.
Returns
Because the Sun-Mar and Carousel composting toilet systems, including seat and accessories, are human excrement waste treatment systems they cannot be returned once installed. Returns will be accepted, with prior approval, for products that are in their unopened original packaging and may be assessed a 15% restocking charge.
Freight Shipment, Please Note:
As the customer you are responsible for:
- Unloading the entire order from the delivering truck; the driver will not help you.
- Being sure that your address is capable of accepting this type of shipment.
- Being present for delivery to inspect and sign for your shipment.
- Notation of any shipment damage or shortage on the freight bill.
Unfortunately, delivery services are unable to arrange delivery on a specific day or at a specific time. All charges for any redelivery or refusal of the shipment are the customer’s responsibility and will be charged to the customer’s original method of payment.
Please inspect your product upon delivery. If the shipping box appears to have damage that may affect the product—please open and inspect for damage or refuse the delivery. It is much easier for us to work with the shipper when it is in their possession. All shipping damage must be reported within 10 days of receiving the product. Thank you.
